USEL Welcomes NI Assembly Enterprise, Trade and Investment Committee Print E-mail

USEL (Ulster Supported Employment Ltd) welcomed the Committee for Enterprise, Trade and Investment to their premises in Belfast to hold their monthly meeting.

 

USEL is the largest employer of disabled people in Northern Ireland and are committed to providing the training and development needed to expand the choice of employment opportunities for people with disabilities.  They provide supported paid employment to people with disabilities within their Belfast manufacturing base and support over 1200 disabled people in more than 600 companies to enter and sustain paid employment through their various employment programmes.

The meeting was arranged through the Social Economy Network and was an opportunity for members of the committee to experience a social economy in action.
